Refund policy

At 200 Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
