Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal-use items), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We take hygiene and product integrity seriously to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes. However, if your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Approved damaged/incorrect item claim
  • Other exceptional cases at our discretion

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • We do not accept used or opened fragrance returns
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale
